the breath and its’ movements remedy,

inequities within that great expanse, the entire universe inside a seedling,

a feeling second to none

numbed and dumbed,

but to sit with it, something truly helped

a solution buried deep within the feeling itself

so right where I begin, where tears lengthen beyond the cheek, where health takes its seat, where I am in the Holy Kingdom of freedom beyond me
